Credits and paying

Work spends prepaid credits from the organization wallet. Nothing that costs money runs without a card and a button: you see the price before the click.

If a job fails, the charge is refunded. When the balance hits zero, Kulta stops and shows a wall instead of failing quietly.

Pilot and tester accounts request more credits; an operator grants them. Paying accounts can also buy through Stripe when that's configured.
